Paleo Green Smoothie

Ingredients ½ cup water ½ cup ice cubes ½ cup white grapes 1 cup spinach ½ medium avocado ½ green apple ½ cup chopped fresh pineapple 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional) 1 T hemp seeds   Instructions Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
