Coconut Blueberry Pops

Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups coconut milk 2 tablespoons maple syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen   Instructions: Mix the coconut milk, maple syrup and vanilla in a blender until smooth. Add the blueberries and pulse until they've been "smashed" but not completely blended. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight.   Recipe inspired by: Wallflower Girl

Paleo Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour 1/2 cup sliced almonds 1/4 cup virgin coconut oil, melted 2 tablespoons organic maple syrup, unprocessed 1/2 teaspoon pure cinnamon 1 pinch nutmeg 1 pinch sea salt 24 oz fresh blueberries 1 lemon, cut in quarters   Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
