1 piece of 10 cm. ginger, peeled and chopped
1 cup lemon juice (about 3-4 lemons)
1/3 cup maple syrup
6 cups water
2 lemons cut into slices for garnish
Place the ginger in a food processor or blender. Add lemon juice and process until smooth. Add water and maple syrup and mix well. Strain out the ginger pulp. Serve in glasses filled with ice and enjoy!
